Dr. Ana Anzola, CCC-A, FAAA, ABA Principal
For more than 25 years, Dr. Ana Anzola has been helping the communities of Northern Virginia and Maryland with their hearing health care.
As everyone’s hearing issues, experiences and needs are different, the practice of audiology is a mix of art and science in an effort to find the best solution for each individual. What sets Dr. Anzola apart is the personal attention she gives to each patient to find the absolute best solution, and to make sure the technology is working for you. She truly believes that her job isn’t finished until you are completely satisfied with your results.
Dr. Anzola received her Doctorate degree in Audiology (AuD) from the Arizona School of Health Sciences, and her Master’s Degree in Audiology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Towson University. She has been a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) since 1995, board-certified by the American Board of Audiology (ABA), and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Travis Stehouwer, CCC-A
Dr. Stehouwer enjoys working with patients to provide the best solutions for their hearing needs. He has experience with most manufacturers’ hearing aids and accessories, as well as other assistive listening devices, and is adept at matching the most suitable solution for each patient’s particular type and degree of hearing impairment, as well as their activities, lifestyle and budget.
Dr. Stehouwer always likes to ensure that his patients receive the best care and hearing outcomes by following best practices, making careful measurements and diagnoses, and being as thorough as possible with each and every patient.
Dr. Stehouwer received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI, and earned his Doctor of Audiology degree (Au.D.) from Western Michigan University. He completed his doctoral externship at the San Diego Veterans Affairs Clinic. Dr. Stehouwer is licensed to practice Audiology in Virginia and Maryland. He is certified by ASHA, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Jenna Valania, CCC-A
Dr. Jenna Valania (nee Loffredo) is a clinical audiologist who works with both adult and pediatric populations. She believes that hearing health is much more than a pair of hearing aids – hearing health fosters communication between family and friends, strengthens language development, and can have a significant effect on cognitive health.
As a Doctor of Audiology, Dr. Valania works with patients and their families to better understand the results of their audiologic evaluation and to create individualized treatment plans best suited to the patient’s unique needs.
Dr. Valania earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University in Pittsburgh. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with minors in Human Development, Family Studies, and Special Education, from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Valania is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is certified through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Ashly Wilcox, CCC-A
Dr. Wilcox has a passion for helping others, which led her to become a Doctor of Audiology. “I love that my Audiology practice gives me opportunities for creative problem-solving and finding the best solutions for my patients’ hearing needs. It also allows me to get to know my patients on an individual level to truly understand what best fits their lifestyle.”
Dr. Wilcox earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Doctorate in Audiology from Central Michigan University. She was awarded the Herbert H. & Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions Student Grant to fund her doctoral research. Dr. Wilcox also earned the J. Dean & Betty L. Eckersley Audiology Scholarship honoring clinical and academic excellence, and The Nicholas Redfield Award, recognizing outstanding clinical and academic excellence.

Tanya D. Green, MS, CCC-A
Ms. Green is a clinical audiologist who works with adults and pediatric populations. In providing care, Ms. Green emphasizes the effects of communication on family, work and social relationships. When Ms. Green was an infant, her mother experienced sudden hearing loss. In later years, her mother encouraged her to pursue a career in audiology, which has remained a passion from the beginning. Ms. Green is caring, compassionate and committed to helping patients achieve their desired outcomes. She considers it a great privilege to provide excellent hearing healthcare.
Ms. Green received her Master’s Degree in Audiology and her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Towson University. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). For the past 28 years she has worked in university, hospital, public school, private practice and public health administration settings.
When not in the office, she enjoys making new memories with her family and assisting in her local community.

Jeanette Rogers, Health and Wellness Director
Jeanette has worked in the health care field since 1998. As our Health and Wellness Director, she works with our health care partners to bring the best solutions for your hearing, and to ensure that patients get the coordinated care they need.
She is committed to helping our Doctors of Audiology provide excellent service with a smile, every time. Whether helping you over the phone or in the office, she strives to make every interaction as helpful and pleasant as possible. From scheduling appointments to answering insurance questions, Jeanette is there for you every step of the way. “I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your hearing health care goals.”

Nicole Griffin, CCC-A, MS Health and Wellness Assistant
Nicole joined the Hearing Doctors team in 2013 as a Clinical Audiologist in our McLean office. Currently, as Hearing Doctors’ Health and Wellness Assistant, she strives to educate our community partners about the effects of hearing loss.
Nicole graduated from St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1993.
She then went on to complete her Master of Science degree in Audiology from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 1998.
She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Chantal
Dr. Chantal Simard enjoys working with patients to provide individualized treatment plans for their hearing needs and ensures they receive the best care and hearing outcomes. Dr. Simard’s personal experience wearing a hearing aid inspired her to become a doctor of Audiology and believes it helps relate to patients on a more personal level.
As a Doctor of Audiology, Dr. Simard works with patients and their families to understand the results of their audiologic evaluation and to find a solution that is best suited for a patients degree of hearing loss, lifestyle, and budget.
Dr. Simard earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in speech language pathology and audiology from Clarion University. She completed her doctoral externship at the Hearing Clinic of Greater New Orleans. Dr. Simard is licensed to practice in Virginia and Maryland. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and is board certified by the American Board of Audiology (ABA).
