If the app used to control the MFi hearing devices is not recognizing the devices, or only pairing with one device, try these troubleshooting options:

1. Change the hearing aid's batteries to ensure they are fresh.

2. Open and close the battery doors on the hearing aids or if rechargeable insert the aids into the charger and remove them after the green light comes on.

3. Turn off Bluetooth on other Bluetooth-enabled devices nearby (i.e. other phones, tablets, TV, etc).

4. Toggle on and off the Bluetooth for about 10-15 seconds.

5. Close the hearing aid app by double-clicking the phone's Home button and swiping up on the app.

6. Turn the phone off and then back on after 20-30 seconds.

7. Delete and then re-pair the devices with the iPhone:

a. Go to the iPhone Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices > “Forget This Device.”

b. Close out of Settings by double-clicking the Home button and swiping up on the Settings screen.

c. Re-pair the devices by opening the iPhone Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices:

i. While the iPhone is searching, open and close the hearing aid battery doors or if rechargeable place aids into the charger and remove.

d. Click on the devices once it shows your name with (R+L) after it.

e. Click “Pair” twice in the pop-up windows.
