Hearing Doctors.
I'm on my fourth or fifth set of Starkey hearing aids.
I've been a Starkey wearer since 1987.
I've always been pleased with their performance.
However, I must say that in recent times, since Dr. Thorne and Miss Mcrae have taken command of this office, that the customer service has gone up significantly.
I really feel like I'm known and appreciated.
I recommend anybody who's considering doing something for their

Hi! My name is Dave Lappat.
I've been a patient of Dr. Thorne for I think approximately two years.
I've had nothing but good things to say.
She's answered all my questions.
She's been very thorough, as far as the tests and things that I've had today.
We talked a little bit about having trouble with my hearing aids
pairing with my Iphone.
She took a look at that and found that I needed a software update,
or I'm sorry a firmware update. She checks it for me.
I asked her if there was some way that I could tell that I needed that on my thrive application
on my Iphone, and she said no one forced me that there wasn't.
So, she has updated the firmware and my hearing aids.
I don't know if they're paired, but I may ask her that before I leave.
And then, find out if they're paired or not, because that's a feature of the hearing
aids that I have and that I really liked.
And, I want to continue using that.
So, I'm here. I'm happy with the hearing aids.
I'm happy with Dr. Thorne.
I'm happy with Hearing Doctors.
The customer service has been very good.
So, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
